Getting Help

While running WinFlex Web, there are many different ways to get help. You can:

·      Use the Help Menu Items to access help screens

·      Each question in the notebook has its own help text that is specific for that company/product. The insurance company supplies this help. When the cursor is on that prompt, the windowpane at the bottom of the notebook view displays the current help.

·      Every dialog box has a [Help] button. Click on this button to open the help screen for that dialog box.

·      For detailed information on how to use the help system, do the following:

1.    From the top menu bar select Help and then select "Help Topics" from the menu.
